Pablo Boullosa
Writer, essayist, communicator, and member of the academic team at Prepa Filadelfia
Pablo Boullosa Velázquez is a renowned Mexican writer, essayist, intellectual, and communicator whose career has been deeply connected to the promotion of culture, literature, critical thinking, and education.
Throughout his career, he has promoted a vision of learning based on curiosity, wonder, and the ability to think independently, understanding education not merely as the acquisition of knowledge, but as a tool for developing judgment, autonomy, adaptability, and a lifelong disposition to learn.
Academic Leadership | Prepa Filadelfia
As a member of the academic team at Prepa Filadelfia, Pablo Boullosa contributes to an educational vision aimed at preparing young people to navigate an increasingly complex and ever-changing world.
His perspective drives a flexible, dynamic, and stimulating learning model in which students can explore their interests, develop intellectual independence, imagine their own learning paths, and acquire skills that go beyond the classroom.
In a context shaped by Artificial Intelligence, new technologies, and the rapid transformation of the professional landscape, this philosophy takes on special relevance. Education must prepare students not only to acquire knowledge, but also to learn, unlearn, adapt, and reinvent themselves throughout their lives.
Career in Media and Culture
Since 2003, Pablo Boullosa has co-hosted La dichosa palabra, a renowned cultural program broadcast on Canal 22 dedicated to language, literature, ideas, and the richness of words.
His career also includes various cultural and communication projects, including hosting television programs and serving as director of the magazine Este País between 2016 and 2018.
His writing and intellectual contributions have appeared in publications such as Letras Libres, Reforma, and El Universal, cementing a career that connects literature, culture, education, and reflection on contemporary society.
Author and Essayist
Among his published works are:
A Philosophy for the Future of Learning
At the heart of Pablo Boullosa's educational thinking lies an essential principle: knowledge begins with wonder.
Curiosity opens the door to discovery. Critical thinking gives young people the ability to question, analyze, and understand. And continuous learning provides them with the tools they need to evolve alongside a world that never stops changing.
This vision connects naturally with the future of education: an education that seeks not only to prepare young people for a profession, but to develop individuals capable of thinking independently, creating, adapting, and continuing to learn throughout their lives.
Luis Vázquez & Huillo
Community • Talent • Music • Education
Champions of a vision where education, talent, and individual differences can coexist and become opportunities.
Luis Vázquez and his son Huillo represent a story in which family experience, artistic expression, and education converge around a single conviction: every person needs the right space, tools, and opportunities to develop their potential from their own essence.
Their journey shows how music can become a language of connection, while a flexible education and a community that respects different ways of learning can open new paths for young people and their families.
Huillo | When Difference Becomes Music
Huillo is a young autistic, multi-instrumentalist musician who has found in music a powerful form of expression, communication, and connection with the world.
His artistic development includes playing violin and piano, as well as experience in composition, production, recording, and performances on different stages.
But there is one piece that holds a particularly significant place in his story: "Different is OK."
Created by Huillo, "Different is OK" conveys a simple, universal message: being different is also part of the human experience.
Huillo's music reached an international stage when he had the opportunity to share the stage with Coldplay, an encounter that brought his story and artistic expression to a global audience.
Beyond the musical moment, the experience represented something much greater: the possibility of showing how talent can find extraordinary paths when there is an environment that recognizes it, supports it, and allows it to develop.
Today, Huillo continues to use music as an ever-evolving creative platform.
Luis Vázquez | Building Bridges for New Ways of Learning
Luis Vázquez has turned years of personal experience, support, and opportunity-building into a vision aimed at creating better paths for other young people and their families.
As head of the Outreach area at Prepa Filadelfia, he works on building relationships and alliances with music academies, sports organizations, institutions, and spaces dedicated to talent development.
The goal is to expand possibilities for young people who need an education capable of coexisting with their artistic, athletic, professional, or personal projects, allowing them to advance academically without giving up the development of what makes them unique.
Prepa Filadelfia + ASPIKA | A Partnership with Purpose
Luis is also involved in shaping the alliance between Prepa Filadelfia and ASPIKA, connecting two visions that recognize the importance of creating educational alternatives, learning experiences, and opportunities for young people with different talents, interests, and ways of learning.
This collaboration opens up possibilities for developing projects that integrate education, creativity, technology, art, talent, and preparation for the future, within an ecosystem with international reach.
Community Before Labels
One of the ideas that distinguishes Luis's vision is the value of community.
Beyond concepts or categories, living together means sharing spaces, learning from one another, recognizing abilities, and building communities where differences are not automatically seen as barriers.
It is a philosophy born from experience and now carried into the educational field: creating spaces where every young person can participate, grow, and find their own path.
A Shared Life Project
Luis and Huillo represent two dimensions of the same story.
Huillo shows what can happen when talent meets opportunity. Luis works to make sure those opportunities can also exist for others.
Together they connect family, music, education, and community around one powerful idea: Different is OK.
Because when a person finds an environment that recognizes their abilities, respects their pace, and supports their growth, differences can become talent, identity, creativity, and new possibilities.
Elisa Guerra
Education • Innovation • Learning • Future
International educator, author, and specialist in educational innovation. Master's degree in Education from Harvard University and former member of UNESCO's International Commission on the Futures of Education.
Elisa Guerra is a renowned Mexican educator whose international career connects educational innovation, human development, teacher training, and the future of learning.
Her work stems from a fundamental conviction: education must evolve alongside the world and provide new generations not only with knowledge, but also with the skills needed to think, learn, adapt, and actively participate in building their own future.
Academic Background
Elisa Guerra earned a Master's degree in Specialized Studies in Education from Harvard University and a second Master's degree in Education, specializing in Teaching-Learning Processes, from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
She also holds a bachelor's degree in Preschool Education in Mexico.
Her training and professional development have also included participation in academic seminars at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
An International Voice for the Future of Education
Elisa was a member of UNESCO's International Commission on the Futures of Education, a global initiative created to rethink how knowledge and education can contribute to the future of humanity.
Her career as a speaker has taken her to present courses, workshops, and talks in numerous countries and international venues.
These include a presentation before the European Parliament in Brussels, the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in Doha, Qatar, and several editions of the Global Education & Skills Forum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This international dimension has turned her work into a bridge between everyday educational practice and the major global conversations about how education must transform.
International Recognition
- In 2015 she received the ALAS-IDB Award as Best Educator of Latin America and the Caribbean, a recognition granted in the field of child development and education.
- She was also selected for two consecutive years, 2015 and 2016, among the top 50 global finalists for the Global Teacher Prize, one of the most prestigious international awards dedicated to the teaching profession.
- These recognitions are joined by the 2015 Mujer TEC Award in the Leadership category and other distinctions related to her educational career and work in human development.
From the Classroom to Educational Innovation
A defining feature of Elisa's career is that her international vision also stems from direct classroom experience.
She has worked as a teacher at different levels of basic education and has developed methodologies and resources to transform the way students access knowledge.
Her projects include the development of a flipped-classroom system for History and Geography, accompanied by audiovisual content, collaborative projects, assessment tools, and teaching resources available to students and educators.
Through digital initiatives such as WebSchool Filadelfia, she has also helped extend learning beyond the physical classroom.
Author | Turning Knowledge into Educational Tools
Elisa Guerra is the author and co-author of books, educational materials, and learning programs used at different stages of academic education.
Her publications include Aprender a leer a los 3: Método Doman aplicado en el Aula Preescolar (Learning to Read at 3: The Doman Method Applied in the Preschool Classroom), dedicated to early reading instruction.
She has also developed educational materials with Pearson, including programs for reading, writing, and general knowledge in preschool education, as well as elementary content covering language, etymology, financial education, world cultures, and global citizenship.
She is also co-author of Teaching in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a work originally published in English by Routledge and later in Spanish by Pearson, which examines the challenges and transformations education faces in a new technological era.
Education Facing a Changing World
Long before Artificial Intelligence became an everyday conversation, Elisa Guerra was already part of the international debate on how to prepare students for societies transformed by technology.
Today that question is more relevant than ever.
The future of education cannot be limited to transmitting information. It must develop curiosity, critical thinking, autonomy, creativity, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
Technology can transform the tools. Education transforms the people who will learn to use them.
A Career with Global Impact
Elisa Guerra's professional story connects the classroom with Harvard, teaching practice with UNESCO, and educational innovation with international conversations about the future.
Her work represents a vision of education that looks forward without losing sight of its essential purpose: developing human potential and preparing new generations to build, not merely inhabit, the world of tomorrow.
Adriana Grimaldo
Educational Leadership • Imagination • Innovation • Human Potential
Director of Prepa Filadelfia and education professional with international reach, whose career connects Imaginative Education, creativity, leadership, and the development of more flexible learning models.
Adriana Grimaldo represents a contemporary vision of educational leadership: one that recognizes the future of learning cannot be built around a single path, a single pace, or a single way of understanding human potential.
As Director of Prepa Filadelfia, she leads an educational approach designed to meet students where they are, from their different realities, creating greater flexibility without giving up academic purpose, guidance, and the human dimension of education.
Her career integrates education, imagination, creativity, culture, and leadership, guided by one fundamental conviction: when education recognizes the individuality of the learner, new possibilities emerge.
Prepa Filadelfia | Leadership for a New Educational Reality
At the helm of Prepa Filadelfia, Adriana drives an innovative online high school model in Mexico, designed for students whose lives, talents, circumstances, or learning paths do not always find a fit within conventional educational structures.
The institution offers a flexible academic path that allows students to progress in their education while receiving educational guidance, tutoring, and support along the way.
This vision is grounded in an essential principle: academic excellence and flexibility do not have to be at odds.
Education can maintain high expectations while also creating different paths to reach them.
For a new generation preparing to navigate a constantly changing world, this distinction is becoming ever more important.
Imagination as an Educational Force
Adriana holds a Master's degree in Creativity and Imaginative Education from Universidad Finis Terrae in Santiago, Chile.
Her work in Imaginative Education has reached an international dimension through her involvement with The Centre for Imagination in Research, Culture & Education (CIRCE) at Simon Fraser University, Canada, where she serves as an Academic Advisor.
She has also served as Academic Coordinator of Educación Imaginativa México, contributing to the development of educational approaches that place imagination, creativity, meaning, and human connection at the center of learning.
Her perspective challenges a traditional idea: that imagination belongs exclusively to the world of the arts.
Imagination can also become a powerful intellectual tool for connecting ideas, understanding complexity, sparking curiosity, and developing a deeper relationship with knowledge.
Prepa Filadelfia + ASPIKA | Expanding What's Possible
Within the strategic alliance between Prepa Filadelfia and ASPIKA, Adriana's educational vision builds a natural bridge between flexible learning and ASPIKA's global commitment to neurodiversity, education, accessibility, and opportunity creation.
The convergence of both ecosystems opens up possibilities for developing educational experiences that recognize a fundamental reality: students can learn differently, communicate differently, create differently, and develop their talents through different paths.
The challenge for the future of education should not be getting every student to fit into a single structure.
The opportunity lies in developing educational structures capable of recognizing the diversity of human potential.
That is where education stops being merely instruction. And becomes possibility.
Culture, Youth, and Global Dialogue
Adriana's professional career also extends beyond traditional educational spaces.
Through her experience as coordinator of Hay Joven and Hay Comunitario within the renowned Hay Festival, she has taken part in initiatives that bring young people and communities closer to literature, ideas, culture, and conversations of international scope.
This intersection between education and culture strengthens an essential dimension of her leadership: understanding that learning does not happen exclusively inside a classroom.
It also happens through stories, dialogue, community, creativity, and encounters with different ways of understanding the world.
Author | To Educate Is Also to Imagine
Her career as an educator is complemented by her work as an author.
She is co-author of Educación Imaginativa, una aproximación a Kieran Egan (2017) (Imaginative Education: An Approach to Kieran Egan), a work dedicated to exploring the principles and possibilities of Imaginative Education.
Her literary output also includes fiction works aimed at young readers, among them Valles y Alturas (2009), De Noche (2011), and Viento Austral (2012).
This connection between educational research and storytelling reflects a constant throughout her career: the power of imagination to broaden the way young people understand the world and understand themselves.
Leadership for the Future of Learning
Education is undergoing a profound transformation.
Artificial Intelligence is changing access to knowledge. Technology is redefining how and where we learn. New generations are rethinking traditional concepts of education, work, creativity, and success.
Faced with this reality, leading an educational institution requires much more than managing the present.
It requires the ability to imagine what education can become.
Adriana Grimaldo brings that perspective to Prepa Filadelfia and its alliance with ASPIKA, driving a vision in which flexibility does not diminish excellence, differences do not diminish potential, and imagination is not merely a complement to learning.
It is one of the forces capable of transforming it.
