PARTICIPANTS DON'T JUST LEARN ABOUT MEDIA.
THEY CREATE IT. THEY PRODUCE IT. THEY RECORD IT. THEY EDIT IT. AND THEY LAUNCH IT.
ASPIKA CORE™ is a five-month immersive professional development program created for neurodistinct young adults to transform their strengths, interests, and creativity into real-world professional skills.
At the center of the experience are Production and Podcasting, two powerful training areas through which participants learn how an idea evolves from its initial concept through creation, production, post-production, distribution, and connecting with an audience.
Through hands-on experiences in professional environments, participants develop competencies in media production, podcasting, storytelling, editing, digital content, artificial intelligence, and the Creator Economy, while building tangible evidence of what they are capable of doing.

FABIAN BORGES
AI Tutor • AI Systems Architect • DevOps Engineer • Creator of Athena Trainings
Florida, United States
EXECUTIVE PROFILE
Technology practitioner, systems architect, and product builder with hands-on experience across AI systems, cloud and DevOps, data, automation, software architecture, and workflow design.
Founder of Agentic Wizards and creator of Athena Trainings, an AI learning platform designed around structured learning paths, source-grounded tutoring, personalized support, assessments, progress tracking, and reinforcement where a learner needs more practice.
His tutoring helps people turn AI into a practical working partner for learning, planning, research, writing, problem solving, and process improvement. He teaches in plain language, connects each lesson to the learner's actual goals and responsibilities, and treats verification, privacy, and human judgment as core AI skills.
PROFESSIONAL IMPACT
- Designs practical AI workflows that connect a person's goal to effective instructions, reliable sources, useful tools, validation steps, and clear human decisions.
- Explains complex technical concepts as concrete steps that both technical and nontechnical learners can apply to real work.
- Applies AI to personal productivity, job performance, research, content development, decision support, software delivery, and continuous learning.
- Works across data and analytics, CRM operations, integration and automation engineering, infrastructure and DevOps, access management, incident response, and operational tooling.
- Designs agent-based systems using specialized workers, orchestration, knowledge bases, retrieval-augmented generation, human approvals, persistence, observability, and cloud delivery.
- Builds learning experiences that adapt to a learner's prior knowledge, pace, progress, demonstrated understanding, and areas that need reinforcement.
AI TUTORING APPROACH
Fabian begins with the outcome the learner wants to achieve and the work or life context in which AI will be used. He then selects the smallest useful concepts, demonstrates them with relevant examples, guides practice on an authentic task, and reviews the result with the learner. The goal is independent capability: the learner should understand how to choose an AI approach, improve it, verify the output, and use it responsibly without depending on a script.
ADAPTIVE INTELLIGENCE LEARNING
Fabian's Adaptive Intelligence Learning method uses AI to adjust the learning experience to the individual. The method considers the learner's goal, current knowledge, role, preferred explanations, progress, and demonstrated mastery. Explanations, examples, practice, feedback, and pace change as the learner advances.
The method combines structured learning with an ongoing AI tutor. Learning paths provide sequence and standards, while the tutor supplies context, answers questions from approved material, identifies misunderstandings, recommends focused practice, and helps the learner transfer a skill into daily routines and professional workflows.
LEARNING PROCESS
- Define the learner's objective, environment, constraints, and current level.
- Choose a focused learning path tied to a useful personal or professional outcome.
- Explain the concept in the learner's language and connect it to familiar work.
- Demonstrate the skill, then guide the learner through an authentic task.
- Evaluate understanding through questions, exercises, and the quality of the result.
- Adapt the next explanation or activity and reinforce judgment, verification, privacy, and safe use.
